monthlyinspo. My inspiration is back, but I don't know what I want to icon. The inspirations post for this round was so beautiful, that I really wanted to make some film noir-ish icons...so here we are. Could be better, but I'm pretty happy with those.

Date: 2018-06-26 10:34 am (UTC)everything's simply stunning, oh my gosh!!! i adore the dramatic look of the set, and it really gives noir vibes :D my favourite icons are 3 (wonderful close up), 4 (the muted colours are exceptional and there's something so soft about them which is just too good ahh i love), 6 (splendid colouring, lighting, and the tiny text is wisely used a+), 7 (stunning background work and nice grunge effect), 12 (HELLO THERE DARK ATMOSPHERE!!), 16 (best close up e v e r), and 19!

6&7 are so powerful and the contrast is perfect!! I love text of 6!
I love the contrast and the shadow of 11 and 12 has very powerful contrast; love it ♥
16 has marvelous colors highlights and I love the contrast!
And omg; The crop are glorious of 17-20! I love also lighting and the contrast there!! ♥♥

Date: 2018-06-28 03:51 pm (UTC)I have too many favorites to name them all, but some I particularly love are 1 (great unusual shot & crop!), 4 (beautiful muted contrast&colors), 7 (gorgeous texture use and coloring!), 11 (so much love for the dark, smoky look), 13 (really love the muted coloring and the light gradient), 15 (great bold texture use), 16 (really digging the bw+color look and the composition) and 17 (gooorgeous crop).
My top favorite out of them all however has to be 6. It's really stunning. I love the monochrome coloring, the dramatic lighting, and especially the obscuring tiny text detail which gives it a mysterious vibe perfect for the theme!
